 The founders practiced as a true partnership, each complementing the others’ talents. Finney Law believes that clients engage the firm – a team of attorneys and paralegals who work together. While a single attorney may serve as a contact, the client is directed to the attorney(s) with the expertise and experience required to get the best results for the client.  We also have talented staff and paralegals with experience to assist clients to accomplish their legal needs efficiently and cost-effectively. 

Beyond our law firm’s commitment to serving clients with trusted, responsive legal services, Finney Law is also dedicated to enhancing the Bakersfield community where we live, work and raise our families. We’ve set up a donor-advised fund to make contributions and our team serves on many non-profit boards. In special situations, we offer legal assistance to those who need a lawyer but cannot afford representation.

Finney Law is proud of our place in Bakersfield.  We assist nonprofits to do the hard work of making our home better. In addition to serving on boards, we volunteer our time to help as needed.  We encourage all of our team to find their piece of community passion and support it with talent and treasury.
